As an all-volunteer organization, CRRPC does not maintain a full-time, year-round coaching staff.

However, CRRPC does hire experienced part-time coaching staff to conduct our Learn To Row and other programs during the summer months.

Coaching is also made available to members on a volunteer basis upon request to the subset of members who are designated as coaching experts, as well as at special sessions (e.g., rowing clinics offered by nationally prominent rowing coaches) which may be organized throughout the season (at a separate cost to members).
