All prospective CRRPC members, whether beginner, intermediate or elite skill level, are required to enter and graduate from CRRPC’s Pre-Qualification Program. The purpose of the Pre-Qualification Program is to evaluate each prospective member’s technical skills and to provide them with key safety and navigational instruction necessary for rowing in an urban waterway.

Upon successful completion of the Pre-Qualification Program, the candidate is certified and may be considered for membership.
